Shipping $10 – Flat rate Australia Wide Some larger items will be excluded NZ + International Customers We would love to see our pieces in your homes.

Postage + Handling

Allow 1-4 business days delivery time via our courier service

Should you need express delivery please email us direct at shop@eccola.com.au to arrange express postage via Australia Post All parcels will be sent registered so must be able to be sent to a home or business address. We lovingly pack and post all orders by hand so please bear with us! We will endeavour to arrange your order to ship on the same day, however we occasionally may need a day for handling.

Returns

If a homewares or fashion item is received damaged or faulty, please notify us via email shop@eccola.com.au within two days of receiving your delivery with details and pictures where possible so that we can arrange for it to be exchanged or refunded.
